Yearly base rental starts from £250 for a single self-catering facility - that's less than a week's rent typically earned from this property. Commission-based licences attract a 5% charge on any booking received through OBMS.

The various editions available predominantly differ in means of the total number of bookable items allowed including related limits to the number and kind of admins. Aside of the MultiClient Edition any items belong to one client featuring one look-and-feel setup. In uncertain which licence would serve you best, don't hesitate to get in touch.

OBMS is licensed on sale, rental or commission.

Commission, yearly or monthly rental licences are only available if hosting with us. Fees include hosting and maintenance. Monthly rental restricts the booking availability of OBMS' booking wizard etc. to the licensed months, while administration access remains unrestricted.

The commission-based licences attract a 5% charge on any booking received through OBMS. Commissions collected are invoiced monthly and capped by the corresponding yearly rental fee.

Sale licences may be hosted wherever and thus hosting and maintenance are offered as optional elements.

Hosting with us ensures you always immediately benefit from any enhancements of OBMS and don't need to bother with any installing issues. As well, we take care of data security, backup and server availability. Thus we recommend hosting with us for smaller ventures and less computer literate customers.

If hosting yourself, we anyway will be happy to assist with installation of OBMS and - if opting for maintenance - any further updates, distributed up to four times per year (see the services section below). Technically OBMS requires a host featuring PHP4 and MySQL preferably using Apache web server in a UNIX/Linux environment.

All fees are quoted in British Pound Sterling (no VAT applies).
